Responsibilities:
Assist with the fabrication and installation of sheet metal ductwork
Measure, cut, and assemble materials under supervision
Support HVAC system installations in residential and commercial projects
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
Interest in the HVAC and sheet metal trade
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work in a team and on active job sites
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
